I so hate to write this, but the quality of food/product at this Firehouse Subs has continued to decrease over the past year or so, and I've reached my limit. I kept hoping it was just a fluke...continued to try again and again, but apparently not. Each time I ordered, quality was a little less than it was the prior time...and certainly than it should be. This order was beyond bad! I feel like I paid over $17 for a large chunk of bread soaked with mustard. 😝 Sadly, I think I am done; no more chances Firehouse Subs. The fact that I can no longer add items such as pickles to my sandwich, etc. only pushes me further away. The sandwiches I just received lack a good bit of meat; seriously, there were numerous bites of bread/condiments, and where there was meat, it was a very thin layer. The condiments were not mixed the same or something; I tasted way more mustard than usual. I was willing to pay nearly $20 for a sandwich to get the NY Steamer, but The lack of quality has made me come to my senses. I would not be surprised if this store closes soon; something there is definitely not good. So unfortunate! I don't know how it could happen, but it would be so cool if management could let me know if they have decided to clean up things there, and provide the service I fell in love with years ago.

sandwich was sloppy and soggy bottom bread. nearly impossible to eat. the Firehouse Chili was old. had to of been from day prior. I've had the Firehouse Chili and it was not even close to fresh. Will not order again.

Sandwich's were hot, made to order and good. The Sweet & Spicy Meatball and Honey Ham were delicious.

My veggie sand arrived with almost none of the fixings it was supposed to have. No cheese, tomato, dressing, mayo. Just a tiny bit of lettuce and a few papers. Terrible

I asked for no mayo and there's no way to remove it!
There's also very little meat on one side of the sandwich. I absolutely will NOT be ordering from them again.
