Took me an hour to get my order. I had to text the driver to see if there was an issue because it showed him there for more than 30 minutes... also the quality of my sandwich was messy and I hardly had any meat!

The potato soup was horrible. Tasted like it had gone bad. Sour & tangy. Yuck!

The bag was completely unsecured and the box containing the sandwich was open. Please secure the bags better. I would have felt better about the box being slightly ajar if it were in a secured bag.
Also, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and asked for no substitutions and I got a sugar cookie instead. I hate sugar cookies

We specifically selected no cheese on the brisket sandwich and it still came with cheese. And this is not an isolated incident. This has happened multiple times. Also my sandwich and sub box had marinara sauce on it... I ordered a Hook and Ladder.
