The food arrived cold from delivery nonsense but the sandwiches were still good. Italian™ and Firehouse Meatball® are both delicious.

Food was delivered in a regular grocery store type of bag. Not tied up or any seal to ensure food isn't mishandled or opened by the dasher. Very displeasing.
