The sandwiches are always great, especially the Firehouse Steak & Cheese®. It's SO GOOD!!

I waited over 20 minutes in store. Granted there was a crowd but, about ten minutes after arriving I noticed walk in customers receiving their orders. I understand that driving orders take precedence, and walk-in orders probably take precedence as well, but I'm literally standing there so I don't understand why my sandwich wasn't prepared in the order that should have been considering I was standing there. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the quoted time provided. When I asked an associate to add extra mustard to my sandwich, mustard was the only topping, he smirked and said, "that's a long ways away." Firehouse subs requested to not accept specific requests and there is no option on the menu to add extra mustard.

My sandwich was totally incorrect and, to add insult to injury, DoorDash offered a $2.95 refund on a $10 sandwich.

The sandwiches were fantastic even though mine was missing cucumber. It took them an hour to fix the sandwiches but hopefully that will smooth out as they are open longer.
