My hook and ladder only had meat in one side of the sandwich and was overly toasted, it was hardly edible. My husbands sandwich was fine

Did not receive any French Dip Au Jus with this sandwich and specifically requested it on the receipt! Not on the garlic bread as requested. Dry sandwich because of this. Meat is great and flavorful but not happy with no au jus for a French DIP!!

Always good but the mustard connects all the flavors on this sandwich and was only on one side. Good but some spread would have been better.

The bread was super hard this time. Never experienced that before and the mayo tasted watered down.
