My hook and ladder only had meat in one side of the sandwich and was overly toasted, it was hardly edible. My husbands sandwich was fine

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was delicious as usual but the Hook & Ladder® was all ham and no turkey. Also there were no pickles and the meat was dry. No crackers for chili either.

Did not receive any French Dip Au Jus with this sandwich and specifically requested it on the receipt! Not on the garlic bread as requested. Dry sandwich because of this. Meat is great and flavorful but not happy with no au jus for a French DIP!!
