I got the sub because it was 50% off and I'm honestly impressed with the quality; the second I opened the bag I could smell the Italian™ spices and the taste and presentation is amazing to me compared to other sub shops I've been to. I already knew I'd like the Chips; they have a good selection.

I paid extra for garlic bread on both subs and didn't get it for either. the steak and Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was not supposed to have green peppers but did anyway. the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was cold and was not toasted like it was supposed to be. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the order when I spent $60 for 2 subs.

We ordered a large New York Steamer® with double meat. The sandwich was really good! Unfortunately the kitchen didn't add the double meat or any of the requested toppings. We decided to drive up to the store to address the issue. Just happened to be the owner behind the register....he was Excellent!!! Not a hint of annoyance at our complaint. Gave us coupons for TWO free subs for the hassle of having to come out after a door dash order.
So while the order wasn't right, the food was GREAT and the response was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Not good, at all. More bread than anything else. Kind of embarrassing to be honest. I do not recommend ordering delivery from here. Nope.
