• DoorDash orderIf it's a large sandwich that's over flowing maybe it should be cut into threes like other firehouses I go to do, makes it incredibly difficult and less enjoyable to eat with everything falling out and getting all over my hands.

• DoorDash orderMy go-to sub was not showing up on DoorDash, and I was able to call the store and have them get the right one in for me once I put in the order. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, and everything was delicious. Thanks!

• DoorDash orderOther sub restaurants far out do Firehouse; like Jason's Deli, Charley's and Subway. You might try more choices to go on the sub. Like oil & vinegar you have it for a couple subs but not all. You should have all items to add-on available for all subs and everything you automatically put have a choice to be left off. Now for sub sizes the choice there is AA+
