The sandwiches here are amazing!
But the Mac & Cheese is overpriced for what it is. I'd rather have gotten a box of Kraft to be honest

I was under the assumption it would have had slices of turkey (like in the image). what I got was some shredded mess with a less than desiresble texture. I got the 12" and had at most 5 slices of mushrooms. The bottled water was good though. I'm glad someone didnt find a way to mess that up

Very disappointed with the Hook & Ladder sandwich I got. I've ordered this sandwich several times and it's usually very very good. Had to get it on a gluten bun (guess they were out of the regular bun) no mayonnaise on so it was very dry no flavor at all
