Ordered two sandwiches, regular cheetos and a drink. I received one sandwich, flaming cheetos and a drink. The sandwich I did receive tasted like an entire bottle of salt was dumped on it. I could even feel the crunch of salt in my teeth. Not what I'd expect from a place serving $20 sandwiches.

The new fries are amazing! I don't usually like thick fries from fast food places because they usually end up soggy and bland. But these were perfect, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. I'm a big fan!

Firehouse was amazing when it was a local business but the quality has progressively gone downhill since they went corporate. Save your time, as well as your money, and order a Publix sub instead. They're vastly superior for a fraction of the price. I've ordered Firehouse for the last time.

Unfortunately, I ordered 2 bottles of Sprite, and received 2 cups of Sprite from the fountain. Sprite from a fountain, any fountain, has always had a funny taste to me, and these do, as well. That's why I order bottles. My receipt even said "2 bottles of Sprite". I love Firehouse, but that was just a little disappointing. :(

Mac and cheese container was half full for over $4 and receipt said bottle sprite and I. received a fountain drink that was not secured.
