Ordered: 1 small Firehouse Meatball® sub and 1 large Turkey Bacon Ranch ™. Both subs were very fresh, had lots of toppings and meat, and were still warm from the insulated boxes. Also, worth the mention, the bread on the subs was delicious. We were extremely satisfied with our order. Thank You, Firehouse Subs!

I haven't ate Subway in years and I guarantee you they would've tasted better than these wet meat, mostly bread sandwiches. The upcharge for a large sandwich only upgrades the length of bread, so if you expect meat on those extra inches you better supply your own or upgrade that too.

Ordered two subs: The first a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ with no lettuce and no mayo, the second a medium Engineer sub with no lettuce.
I remember the days when Firehouse Subs had the BEST subs, hands down. I still think they still have the most creative subs and I love the fact that a portion of the proceeds go to First Responders; however, when I order through delivery my order is always wrong. Specifically, for this order, both subs were drenched in mayonnaise. I specifically requested our Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ be made with NO MAYO! It arrived with BOTH sides of the bun coated with mayo. My Engineer sub was the exact same way. When there is so much mayo on a sandwich that it is the ONLY thing you can taste, that is a FAIL! I would like to taste and appreciate the other ingredients, but that's impossible when mayo is the dominant ingredient, more so than meat. The bread also was very yeasty tasting,
Overall, a very unpleasant experience and disappointing subs from Firehouse. Quality Control Alert!

The smallest sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs!Also, the Smoked Turkey Breast didn't come with the additional items I requested. The sandwich was half priced, so I purchased another one to have for dinner. It will still be a disappointment, but it won't be a surprise.

The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was poor. The meat was tasteless and full of fat and grissle and not toasted.
The Hook & Ladder® did not have the honey mustard we ordered and was not toasted also.
