Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies, and a kids combo. Cookies not received. Cookie and milk that came with kids combo not received. Bag was tied off so this was not from the dasher, the restaurant just didn't provide. Also both sandwiches missing ingredients.

We did not recieve the chips we ordered, one of the sandwiches did not have the pickles, and the sauce for the steak sandwich was spilt everywhere in the bag, made a huge mess, and none was left in the cup.

The food was good but the wait time was almost unacceptable. I ordered online for pick up. Entered the store approximately 15 minutes after placing the order. I had received a message that "based on the stores timeline my order should be ready". Then waited over 30 more minutes for my order. In addition, when my order was put on the take out shelf my name wasn't even called. If I had been sitting out of the eyeline of the rack I wouldn't have even known.
