Ordered the French Dip, store sent it out without including the au jus. The au jus is the *entire* point of ordering a French Dip , otherwise it's just a roast beef sandwich. This store also regularly forgets to include the pickle. I put the blame on management; clearly no one is paying attention to QA before the orders go out.

I enjoyed the sandwich, so I gave a thumbs up, but I was disappointed to see, for the second time, that my sandwich had ham on it even though I had left the option for it un-checked (I had ordered an Italian). I intensely dislike ham, so I removed it from the sandwich before eating it, other than that it tasted great. I understand if the option to omit ingredients isn't something this restaurant offers, but if that is the case I would like that to be communicated, otherwise I would appreciate in the future if, when choosing to omit an ingredient such as ham, that that request ne taken into account. It is a waste of product to give me ham. Thank you.

It was meh... it came partially soggy because of the pickle juice, and the sub in general was poorly made. It was def just thrown together...they also ran out of garlic butter and sent me chips instead without calling and asking what I would like, or to just not send anything. Hate to leave a bad review as I've heard nothing but good things about this place. Hopefully it can be better next time.
