Firehouse Meatball® WOW! First time eating Firehouse Subs and I was craving a meatball sub so decided to give this place a try... not only was I not disappointed, I was not prepared for that sub. That sub was life-changing. New customer but definitely a customer for life now.  I've had meatball subs from several upscale, Italian restaurants, and this is by far better than any of those. Kudos!!

This is the first bad experience with this location. These sandwiches were soggy beyond eating. Uncooked and the sandwichs were supposed to be toasted. Imagine cold to the touch Firehouse Steak & Cheese® with an inedible bottom bun. The thing they didnt mess up were the cookies

I don't know who was making sandwiches today, but my club on a sub was perfection! Totally delicious! Usually Firehouse has an issue of the bread getting soggy and gross before the sandwiches are delivered, but today bread was perfect, meat: topping was spot on, great amount of mayo. Basically whoever is preparing sandwiches today needs a raise.

First time eating from Firehouse. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey was fabulous. It had a nice balance of sweet and tang, which I appreciate.
