Sandwich was very well put together and presentation was great. The taste was delicious with requested instructions to remove onions followed. Overall was satisfied and enjoyed my sandwich and delivery.

They neglected to put lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Since I don't eat mayo and asked to have the mustard left off so it wouldn't get mushy, the sandwich was very dry. I expect better for a $17 sandwich.

sub was unbelivably overcooked, the meatballs were burnt & it didnt come with the chips id ordered. everytime i order Firehouse from doordash, there's an issue. to be so high priced, you'd think things would be correct.
