I was so excited to finally see Firehouse on DD, and in my over five years of using the app this has to be the worst Door Dash experience I have ever had. My dasher gets to store only to be told they aren't going to make my sandwich until they have proof I paid for it, because they don't. And they won't take the actual paid receipt from the dasher as proof. Or the paid receipt from me. Or my email receipt. I called the store only to be told by the manager they were refusing to make my order because it was not paid for and they were alluding that I was I trying to steal an $8 sandwich and $4 side of Mac of cheese. My Dasher was a super trooper and stayed the entire time until customer service got it fixed. And hour later after CS forced them to make my order, under my dasher's watchful eye, my sandwich was sub-par and Mac and cheese was a runny mess. My dasher had to repeat the order Over and over to them twice so they couple get it correct. One of my fave sandwich places I will never patronize again. Big fail ALL around.

We ordered, paid and the dasher got there to pick it up and they said they didn't have the order. When we tried to cancel we couldnt' without being charged because they had already been paid. It's ridiculous and the customer service is non existent.
