I ordered the hook and Hook & Ladder.® sub, but received this mess. there is 1 piece of turkey on this sandwhich, and the tomato is green. There was barely any meat on this sub.

Very fresh and delicious honey ham sandwich with all the works! Made and expertly packaged with love. Definitely recommend if one is not in the mood to cook, need lunch, or just want to grab a bite to eat.

This was the best order we've had! Everything was perfect and so fresh! This is a busy store and sometimes service has been slow and items have been left out, but we always understand and we really appreciated the care that went into preparing our fresh food and quality checking our order tonight. Our food has never been bad :)

Don't know who was on sandwich making tonight but, great redemption! He/she made an awesome Engineer® tonight! Nice & juicy, with plenty of veggies, just how I like it. Last time I was given one onion ring & 2 olives on my sandwich 🤦🏾♀️
