I pick here over other sub places because of the pickles, and this is the 3rd time we havent gotten any. The sub was missing multiple toppings. Grilled cheese was burnt. Star-Spangled Brownie was good, but probably wont order again :(

I must admit, I heard about firehouse subs and didn't understand what all the chatter was about. Now I get it! Probably the best bread and best overall sub I have ever had.

the Italian was great as usual and the gluten free bread is the best option around! I was a little concerned that nothing was sealed: no stickers to hold the bag closed or the individual subs. seems like it has to be a violation of some sort??
