Recommended for pick-up. The food is really good. When ordered for pick-up, it's always ready within 20 minutes. When ordered for delivery, it always takes 90 minutes or more, so the food is cold and soggy. Probably not Firehouse's fault, but something to keep in mind.

This store is busy. The employees do their best but they are humans too. All in all the food quality is good. Just be patient and triple-check your order.
