I ordered 4 sandwiches and all of them were in boxes too big so by the time i received them they fell apart in the box. They were also made very poorly. I usually do no leave a bad rating and always try to look at the good things but I ordered them for company and it was very disappointing.

Ordered Hook & Ladder Salad got lettuce ham and turkey. Nothing else on the salad. I added my own cheese and luckily had a pickle to add flavor. Disappointed this time. Usually great food and service.

this sandwich was beautiful! the bread was fresh and not squished, the toppings were laid so nicely. every bite had a bit of everything. someone really took a moment to make this such a nice meal! can't wait to order again!
