Oh my goodness! They did such an amazing job on our Italian and Spicy Cajun chicken subs. The subs were BETTER than the pictures and the taste is why we love firehouse. Can't go wrong ever when we order from them. This location is amazing!

These are some of the best subs I have had! The bread is always perfectly toasted. The toppings and sauces are balanced well. This is a frequent stop for my family!

The sub was great, soup was good (a little salty for my taste), but Mac and cheese was not included and they sent wrong flavor of chips.
I will say the I called them when I placed my order to ask for an extra pickle spear or two, and they gave me that and then some.

Ordered an Italian sub on a gluten free bun. Only thing I would have liked would be a Gf sticker or GF written on the box to confirm. Luckily I have eaten there numerous times so I could tell the buns was in fact GF. The flavor and quality was the same amazing quality I get in store. No reactions so they obviously took care when preparing my sub.

Potato soup was terrible--a bowlfull of potato chunks-- no bacon, cheese, onions, anything. There was no "soup" to the soup. Flavorless and gross.
Sub was made incorrectly. No cheese no pickles, barely anything on it but lettuce.
Super disappointing. Wont order again.
