The food tasted great! The Firehouse Chili bowl added bacon, onions and cheese was delicious! The Club on a Sub was tasty as well with the balsamic and Italian dressing on it. I did not receive my jalapeños on my sub, and I did not get my pickle on the side! Other than that, the food was good! I also ordered a side salad, and it looks good and fresh. Will order from Firehouse Subs again!

The subs were good but not worth the price. They are super small and the restaurant didn't pay attention to my topping instructions. They put banana peppers on the Hook & Ladder® instead of green peppers. I picked them off but lost a good majority of the cheese. Just not at all worth what I paid.

Nothing special about the meatball sub, it kinda sucked honestly. The chicken soup was pretty good, but the bacon I had added to the loaded potato was all fatty/undercooked - so I paid an extra $1.65 just to make that soup worse. Lol

I didnt get what I ordered I would think for 30$ they can at the least send me what I ordered instead of some ice cold chicken and dumplings also the saftey seal was open idont see the point with all my food exposed they could do a better job at that
