The Hook & Ladder® was great, awesome bread and fresh veggies. However the Chicken Dumpling Soups was horrible, all broth and a spoonful of veggies. Order the sub not the soup!!

We received our sandwiches without pickle spears, napkins. We ordered 2 brownies and received the worst brownie and chocolate chip hockey puck cookie ever.
Go to Jersey Mike's and save your stomach.

Firehouse Subs has never disappointed me. I have my "favorites" on their menu, but even whenever I branch out to other items, I've never had a bad order for them.
Emilie as my Dasher was also super-sweet! She was great! I'm hope that I have her again in the future. 🤗

First time having this place, sandwich was good but the chicken and dumpling soup was bland and not thick enough in my opinion, also the cherry limeade is way too sugary and doesn't taste very good
