• Commande DoorDashTerrible quality and poorly made. Tuna is runny, only taste of mayonnaise, and missing ingredients. Italian sub, I would think the picture speaks for itself. missing ingredients, poorly made, ingredients that is there is on 1 side of sandwich. Terrible service for the ridiculous price we paid from Firehouse.

• Commande DoorDashPotato Soup- I've ordered in past from the OB location & has always been excellent. This tonight from Southaven was terrible, very watery & no flavor. Very dissatisfied.

Qualified for free item. Did not get the free soup.
Perhaps, employees need to verify the order is complete.
