The 02. Spaghetti Carbonara was soooo good today (as always). I accidentally ordered this dish about six months ago. I meant to order spaghetti bolognese. It was a fortunate accident. I loved it and it's now my go- to order. Always great from Firenze!

The 06. House Made Bread was delicious and I'm glad we ordered 2 orders. 08. Fettuccine Al Pesto was good, and my son enjoyed the 11. Fettuccine Al Salmone, though they are 10 and not picky. The 14. Linguini Ai Frutti Di Mare was so disappointing for the price point. I'm not picky and frequently LOVE any seafood dish, but this was watery, bland, way too saucy and missing something. Less sauce, needs like capers, needs better quality pasta, so much. Seafood sauce leaked ALL over the containers. Tiramisu was alright, not much flavor except over soaked with watery rum. Canoli not entirely filled, over little dash on ends. Price overall does NOT match quality.

I ordered Rigatoni al Prosciutto@$22.50 and the $5.00 bread with 2 dipping oils provided-total at $34.00-I will say the pasta was very flavorful but....the container of pasta was barely 50% filled and while I like a good bread as a side, Seven pieces could not help me overlook that I paid $22.50 for Pasta! I asked for utensils (and maybe a napkin) but received none...again tasty dish but do not think the value was quite there. I can appreciate the portion control mindset but I wanted my carbs at 8:30 on a Friday night!
I have previously ordered Maggianos version of this and they seemed to check the boxes in providing what I noted was missing from this order but I would consider going in person to this restaurant the next time I come back to WA.

The 04. Rigatoni Al Prosciutto and 03. Spaghetti Alla Bolognese were phenomenal. Pasta was flavorful and cooked perfecr al dente. The Tiramisu however was no good. Very soggy and not cohesive, save your money.

First time we've ordered from this restaurant. The food was tasty, but too small of a proportion. The spaghetti barely filled a bread plate. The salad was just OK and we ordered it with salmon which there was very little of. So my overall take for a first time order was unimpressive. I do know they were very busy so maybe that had something to do with it.
