• DoorDash orderKinda burnt, no butter on top of pretzel, sandwich put together really sloppy with hardly any meat inside and little sauce. Small handful of wedge fries. Last time I ordered this it looked completely different. Sad that the quality went down so fast.

• DoorDash orderhalf of our food is burned. We ordered Macho Nachos (most were so burned they were inedible), SML Combo (burned), Chicken Alfredo, Kids chicken fingers w/fries. considering I paid over $120, this is pretty aweful.

• DoorDash orderThe first couple times I ordered this, I got a huge sandwich that had so much meat in it it was falling out. The last couple times I ordered this, there was hardly any meat in it at all. Just a small clump in the center of a greasy pretzel about 2/3 the size it used to be. Not worth $19 anymore. An $11 sandwich from Subway has almost twice the meat.
