The patties on my bacon cheese burger were not cooked all the way and were barely warm in the middle. I couldn't finish it. We ordered two burgers and both came that way. The buns were so soggy they melted apart when we unwrapped the burgers. I ended up just putting it on my own buns at home. The fries werent bad after I seasoned them. Very unsatisfied with my order...

my milkshake ALWAYS comes melted even when I only live a mile away and get it directly to me. otherwise good food. cold fries this time around though sadly.

Normally I have no issues, but this time my burger was messed up hard. I ordered grilled onions, pickles, and steak sauce on it, but only got raw onions. The milkshake was fine.
