Burger was supposed to be in a lettuce wrap, it was put in an aluminum tray with aluminum foil over it. The fries were badly overcooked and nearly half had to be thrown away. Many were obviously left over from previous orders.

I love the Cheeseburger and Large Fries and Milkshake they're so good im always satisfied whenever I get Five Guys ive been eat there for years and have never had a bad experience. As an extremely picky eater Five Guys is approved by me

Aside from the fries and shake being good, the burger buns were the soggiest buns I have ever encountered. I couldn't even eat the burger without being grossed out that I had to get 2 fresh burger buns from my own pantry and transfer the contents of the burger so I can actually eat it. The meat was cooked good and had good flavor.
