Thought I would treat my family of 3 to a five guys. As everyone knows they are quite expensive for a burger but the Large Fries are enough to feed a small family. The burgers were great as usual but there were not many fries in my Large Fries this time. The look on my child's face when I told him he wasn't getting fries tonight almost brought me to tears, but alas that was how is was going to be. Thanks five guys.

Fries were soggy and beyond greasy. One bun was falling apart with grease. The milkshake was milky and just Oreo chunks barely blended. Took 30 minutes before the driver could even get the food.

Food tasted old and wasnt fresh. The fries were so over seasoned that they tasted like spices and couldn't be eaten. I eat Five guys once a week and have never had that much seasoning put on the Regular Cajun Fries.

I got my hamburger and fries and everything was a mess. My hamburger wasn't intact. Very disappointed. I usually love five guys .

I love their Bacon Cheeseburger. Their food is amazing. And they go above and beyond with their fries. But I ordered a Milkshake and it did not come as I ordered it.
