Burgers were good. However, I'm not sure what happened with the fries. I'm used to Five Guys being known for their LARGE portions of fries, but there was barely enough for a child when I received it.

I recently visited Five Guys and ordered a cheeseburger with a Coke. Unfortunately, the quality of the meal did not meet expectations. The bun was noticeably soggy upon unwrapping, and the lettuce had a limp texture and off-putting flavor, suggesting it may have been past its prime or left on the burger too long. The tomatoes were overly soft and lacked the freshness typically expected, and the pickles were overpowering. The mayo was barely noticeable beneath an excessive amount of ketchup, resulting in an unbalanced and messy overall presentation.
After just a few bites, I ultimately chose not to finish the meal. Whether this experience was the result of cost-cutting measures or insufficient training is unclear, but the execution fell well short of the standard Five Guys is known for.
While the limited number of burger establishments in the area may work to this location’s advantage, I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refocus on food quality and consistency.

ordered a strawberry shake and they delivered a vanilla shake that was thrown out as nobody wanted it. Not very happy that a shake that cost almost $7 was not correct. Slip had strawberry on it so not sure if driver gave wrong one, or store got it wrong.
