mmmmm i love this the Large Cajun Fries are soooo good and vanilla is always a classic so the Milkshake is perfect

Now I remember why I stopped ordering five guys, WAY overpriced and just not that good at all. all the bacon was completely burnt, little to no condiments on the burgers, and the burgers themselves were overcooked. $13 per burger it should be a damn good burger, and it's definitely not that. I recently visited Five Guys and ordered a cheeseburger with a Coke. Unfortunately, the quality of the meal did not meet expectations. The bun was noticeably soggy upon unwrapping, and the lettuce had a limp texture and off-putting flavor, suggesting it may have been past its prime or left on the burger too long. The tomatoes were overly soft and lacked the freshness typically expected, and the pickles were overpowering. The mayo was barely noticeable beneath an excessive amount of ketchup, resulting in an unbalanced and messy overall presentation.
After just a few bites, I ultimately chose not to finish the meal. Whether this experience was the result of cost-cutting measures or insufficient training is unclear, but the execution fell well short of the standard Five Guys is known for.
While the limited number of burger establishments in the area may work to this location’s advantage, I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refocus on food quality and consistency.

Burgers were fine, French fries had so much salt I couldn't eat them. I didn't see anywhere in app to ask for no or very little salt, may be helpful to add a spot for requests and notes about the order
