Burgers are 10/10 everytime, price is on the high side but so is the quality, not a normal burger joint, their small fries are really a large and their shakes are also so good

I came to pickup my order shortly after I placed it, as I live very close. The food wasn't ready when I got there, but was shortly after. I drove back home (5 minutes away) and the food was cold, the bunkers were hard, the bacon was over cooked, and the burgers were dry. They are not normally this bad, but when I pay $10 for a single patty burger, I expect for it to be MUCH better than that. Perhaps they forgot that my order was actually done when I arrived, but in either case this was the worst 5 guys experience I've had.

A little disappointed. Been ordering from this store for years but it's going downhill a bit. Buns were stale, about half as many fries as they used to give you, they forget the fry sauce half the time and the prices are ridiculously high and keep going higher. We used to love this place.

Inconsistent with orders that can sometimes get messed up, but at least the burgers have always been enjoyable and have delivered happiness to my belly, in terms of an overpriced fast food burger. I go to Pago and have their 6-Star Burger when the time allows, for even less than what I walk away from 5 Guys.
