Burgers are good, very juicy! Fries are good also but it's a waste because they overflow the bag with fries! I ordered a "little fries" and I couldn't even finish half. There was enough left over for another person.

Burgers were great and still hot on arrival. The fries unfortunately were cold and they seemed to really skimp on them as opposed to when I pick up or dine in. Would probably just pick up my own food or eat in next time.

The food was amazing, but my shake was completely melted. Which means they made it first, and let it sit out in the warm food prep area while they were working on my food. It was basically chocolate milk by the time I got it. So that was a waste.

I get that the whole gimmick of five guys is that they put a lot of fries in the bag. Either come up with better packaging or double bag it. Nothing is exciting about extra fries when the bottom of the paper bag falls out and they go all over the floor because of all the grease. Burger was great as always, but terribly packaged
