Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were almost burnt, dry and hard like Styrofoam. Pulled the cheeseburger out of the bag a fluids poured down my hand and forearm from the mayonnaise the burger was swimming in. Could not eat any of it and dog refused to eat the cheeseburger. A total waste of money and time. Will never order from Five Guys again. Lack of quality in the food from 5 Guys makes White Castle look like fine dining.

sent us a bag of raw potatoes and forgot 3 of our burgers $140 worth of food half didn't arrive and door dash refused to help , total waste
