The burger was in keeping with 5 guys quality, but the milkshake was lukewarm by the time we got it, and French fries tasted like they were forgotten about

Bacon cheeseburger was good but the fries were overcooked and dry. I ordered at 9pm, 30 minutes minutes before the cut off time to order on the app. Maybe that impacted the order since they were about to close.

The fries came incorrectly and they were not separated. Just trown into one pile instead of 4 piles.
