Cheese was cheesing on the bouuugey, TOO GOOD! Fries were a beauty, absolutely delectable!

This was my favorite place to order from. They made good burgers, but the best was the skin on greasy fries! Sooooo great!!! Plus, they would just pour a lot more fries in the bag! My last order was a nightmare. Hamburger had less flavor, but the worst of the worst was the fries!!!! They gave us the order, but really didn't give the extra, and the worse... the fries were hard, not greasy at all, just regular fries you could buy anywhere!!! They were dry and hard! They were getting worse each time I ordered, but that waa the worse. They lost customers from my family! I doubt I'll spend that much money again, to get bad, bad fries! My family and I are out! Goodbye!

The one in Hayward have better cooks. This one in Marina Square wasn't cooked well. The patty melt missed my jalapeños and both burgers were so soggy, we didn't devour it the way we usually do. They were half eaten because the quality was so poor. The fries were undercooked. I expected more from this place. Might not come back to any Five Guys for some time after this experience. This is unfortunate because we are usually all smiles whenever we eat Five Guys.
