one of the things I love about this chain is that it's consistent. you get the same fries, you get the same great meat, you get the same bun. one of the things I loved about this order was that I called after to ask for extra ketchup and mustard. usually when I do that the restaurant either ignores it despite whatever they said, or they add one little thing of each. not so this five guys on manatee. six plastic containers of ketchup and the same of mustard, along with three ketchup packets. I would point out that the french fries don't really survive the weight. they get soggy. I probably should have ordered them extra crisp. but absolutely loved our meal.

the best burger and fries EVER period. Seriously, we eat here at least once every week or two because it's so delicious. Better than any of the fast food chains and ranked #1 in our list of medium speed restaurants.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were almost burnt, dry and hard like Styrofoam. Pulled the cheeseburger out of the bag a fluids poured down my hand and forearm from the mayonnaise the burger was swimming in. Could not eat any of it and dog refused to eat the cheeseburger. A total waste of money and time. Will never order from Five Guys again. Lack of quality in the food from 5 Guys makes White Castle look like fine dining.
