I ordered a large Cajun fries but when I got the fries the fries cup was barely filled and there were only two loose fries at the bottom of the bag. I didn't get what was expected for an $8 order of large fries. Burger was ok.

My strawberry banana milkshake was oddly salty. The Oreo double stuf milkshake was delicious and not too chocolaty!

Ordered 2 regular fries and the amount was lacking. Fries not even filled to the top of the cup or over, like usual. Also, ordered 3 shakes and they weren't labeled with the different flavors or given straws. Everything was good overall.

Five Guys made a small mistake by adding cheese and other allergy items we can't eat on a burger that eas delivered. When we left our overloaded work day at lunch time and drove to their restaurant, we were told by FG's that it was "Doordash's issue/problem". Not sure how the delivery person for Doordash is responsible for the mistake of the line person's burger creation at Five Guys. What I do know is you should never treat your customer with that response and the bad attitude we received. A simple apology would have been great, but I think that lady hasn't learned the concept yet. Several times now this has happened with FG's and we haven't complained. Mistakes happen, life goes on, and we are thankful someone made our food, but they need to address customer this service issue. Note we aren't addressing their delicious food!
