• DoorDash orderUsed to get a decent amount of fries with your order. Basically 2 cups worth. Now it doesn't even fill the cup. The taste is still top notch but the value is gone. Even when considering inflation.

• DoorDash orderI absolutely love 5 guys and sadly I go about once a week. I love cheeseburgers but tonight was NOT good. I realize everyone has an off night but this burger had a pre-made patty it was NOT juicy and fresh like it has been for years. Please tell me you aren't changing your beef!!! My Cajun fries were way over seasoned....couldn't even taste potato. If they start using frozen pre-made patties it's just never going to be the same.

• DoorDash orderThe burger was over cooked and dry. The bacon was burnt. The fries were over-salted and the fry cup was not full. The burger and fries were cold when delivered.
