They forgot my shake Nd washed thier hands of the issue asking me to just deal with door dash and not coming up with a solution or a refund. Really bad service - boy on the call was not at all helpful .

Ah Five Guys. I'm sure the food is very unhealthy, but when I need a fast, quick, and yummy burger? I don't do McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King. I go to Five Guys because they're the best of the bunch.

Over the years Five Guys has consistently made great Burgers. I certainly hope the burger I recently received is not indicative of the direction they're headed in terms of quality . I will hold good thoughts and keep them in my prayers.
