• DoorDash orderOverall, the food was VERY good. However, the fries portion seemed a little small, almost like I got the end of the batch, but other than that, food was very good and fresh!

• DoorDash orderWhen I ordered my Five Guys burger and Sprite, I was expecting a satisfying meal full of flavor and refreshment. Instead, I was disappointed to discover that my burger arrived completely plain—missing all of its toppings—and the Sprite was nowhere to be found. I had specifically selected a variety of fresh ingredients to be added to my burger, all of which were completely absent. The excitement I felt while waiting for my order turned into frustration the moment I opened the bag.
The toppings are not just extras—they are what give the burger its unique flavor and identity. Without them, the sandwich was nothing more than a dry bun with a patty in the middle. The lack of Sprite only worsened the experience. A refreshing drink like Sprite is meant to complement the richness of a burger, and without it, the meal felt incomplete. For a place known for quality and customer satisfaction, this level of oversight was both surprising and disappointing.
Mistakes can happen, but when a food order is this far from correct, it reflects poorly on attention to detail and care in service. I contacted the store, hoping for an apology or some kind of resolution, but even that experience felt underwhelming. In the future, I’ll likely think twice before placing another order with Five Guys unless I see a clear improvement. A missing Sprite and a plain burger might seem like small issues individually, but together, they completely ruined what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal.
