By far the best place I've ordered from so far. There's even an option to request dining utilities like napkins and straws. The Little Cajun Fries are amazing and perfectly spiced. The burger is as big as I expected and they wrap it in tinfoil to keep it warm! Major plus. The best food quality I have had from a fast food place yet.

Delicious food that delivers well, and heats well. One of my favorite burger places. Cheeseburgers are double patties, flavorful and juicy.... even the fries hold up well. A great choice for delivery.

Something has changed in the Five Guys kitchen at Redwood Shores over the past few months. They are trying to fry potatoes in oil that is clearly not hot enough. The fries are soggy and saturated with oil, instead of crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, as you would expect of any french fry but especially Five Guys french fries. When I called to explain this problem, they claimed that you have to tell them you want crispy fries when you order -- since when? Not in any Five Guys I've ever visited coast to coast. And it won't happen with oil at the wrong temperature anyway. Team at Redwood Shores Five Guys: follow the franchise recipe including oil temperature, and return to your former greatness.

While the fries are still amazing they didn't do their signature "extra fries" they normally do. Just cup of fries. Otherwise good!
