old, hard as a rock fries that were not burnt and hot, as if ones sat around and refried. very disappointed as this has never happened here before.

This is the first time I have had 5 Guys in over 2 years. Unexpected right off the bat, those heaping golden Regular Fries fries were soo good! I remember they were a bit overdone or greasy last time so big improvement! The Bacon Cheeseburger, here's the gold star 🌟. Big and clean, still hot and made with my favorite toppings! I was going to save half, as I did with the Fries, but I could not stop eating that burger. Biggest thing about the burger was that it was made with care and nothing got soggy. All in all a great place to go for your burger needs!

Bacon Cheeseburger was8 soggy bland and flavor less. Little Cajun Fries were so greasy they fell out the bottom of the bag its really sad people pay all this money for below average service
