Fried chicken was delicious and crispy and juicy. The candied yams are out of this world good. The collard greens are good, not my favorite ive ever had but im also used to ones with hamhock and not turkey. I think since I ordered late they were out of biscuits but they replaced it with a side of mac and cheese (and extra chicken) which I am certainly not upset about lol. The mac and cheese was very yummy and felt almost decadent. The fried green tomatoes were amazing, not sure why they put all the toppings on it but it was pretty. The dip was bomb. Fried green tomatoes did get a little less crispy from being in the takeaway container but they were still tasty. Wish they had their koolaids to go also. Will definitely order from here again.

My meal was incredible! I was recommended by a colleague to get the gumbo. I did not disappoint. The chicken was fork tender and the spice was just right. The side of cornbread was light and moist. The candied yams were the perfect sweet addition. Highly recommend!

Gumbo was delicious !!! Chefs kiss . Portion was way too small though. Fastest $25 I done ate. BLUE KOOL AID also was very good

The Oxtails was one word.... PHENOMENAL!!! I smashed, but was chewing super slllllloooow! LOL! My only gripe is... you cant get extra and they need better sides with that award winning Oxtails they have! Definitely worth the money and Ill DEFINITELY and Big Back Bernadette and Ill return very soon!!! Good Job friends!!
