Honestly it was okay but the roti was very soggy and the curry made my stomach hurt. As a true Trinidadan who grew up with island parents, this is far from it. To anyone looking for roti I would definitely recommend brown sugar cafe because flambo just wasn't it.

Taste is great, I'd prefer less fat on the oxtails, and a better portion as I paid 31.00 for the meal and no option for sides nor does the items allow you to know what comes with the dish. Definitely give it a try , I haven't found many trini restaurants in philly.

The Tandoori Grilled Lamb Chops - Appetizer may be one if the best bites of food I've ever had & the Pholourie is incredibly pillowy & still dense. The only issue I have is the Tandoori Grilled Lamb Chops - Appetizer were a bit on the small side, so not entirely sure they were worth the full price. But still absolutely delicious!
