The lamb chop are simply divine. My food is always hot, well prepared, large portions and absolutely delightful. Flame Kabob service and food preparation are world-class!

Flame Kabob is truly authentic Persian food. Before Iran became the scourge of the world and biggest terrorist paymaster- my dearly departed mother prepared a bevy of Persian cuisine much to our delight. She was the 3rd cousin to Shah Reza Pahlavi- the last decent man to rule Iran. Her family was wealthy and we visited the country prior to the Islamic overthrow of the Shah's regime. You will certainly enjoy this rare and beautifully mastered Persian food banquet presented by Flame Kabob!
