We've eaten at Flannel before but I didn't expect their delivery to be as great as it was. quality of food was not comprised by delivery AT ALL. Chick N Waffle , BBQ St Louis Ribs and even Fried Pickles were still fresh and super delicious

Food quality is horrible! Do not waste money ordering from this restaurant. Overcooked disgusting hashbrown patties, small portions of food, side salad is a small handful of lettuce and 3 strawberries. Completely over priced and no value at all. I was excited to see this restaurant finally available on Door Dash but I am sorry they are because the food is horrible and it was a tremendous waste of money!

The food is amazing and on top of that the customer service is great, for the wing lovers I would recommend getting the hot honey bbq wingbowl and I also like the nashville hot chicken sandwhich those are my top two!!!

The buger was great but the sliders tasted fishy and were soggy. The meal was expensive, which is fine, but damn the sliders were inedible... So we are left hungry and disappointed.

I thought given how this place markets itself as southern cooking they'd have decent biscuits and gravy but like... what is this?? The biscuit tasted like it couldn't decide between being a biscuit and being focaccia bread (and the top is way over-salted, there's already a lot of salt in biscuits and gravy, the bread doesn't need giant salt crystals - again with the trying to be focaccia), and then the gravy was just awful. It tasted nothing like proper sausage pepper gravy, it tasted like if you made a gravy version of a cheesy chipotle sauce (which they probably did, this gravy was practically orange). I don't know why they thought they needed to 'fix' sausage gravy. I'm not sure these folks have ever had southern-style biscuits and gravy. 2 stars cause the brisket sandwich was decent (although also had a weird flavor profile).
