The Jamaican Patties were flavorful and packed with delicious seasoned beef. We understand why they are a menu favorite. We ate them before we could get a photo. The Jerk Chicken was a very generous portion. We opted for white meat only and it was a satisfying meal with plenty for leftovers. The Ital Stew is an excellent, hearty vegetarian option. The rice and beans complimented the Ital Stew nicely. We recommend all menu items!

The Sweet Potato Pudding with the scoop of rum raisin ice cream was delicious! The food was neatly packaged and a reasonable portion.
There was some confusion with the House Made Juices - it is not a housemade juice but actually a bottled drink from concentrate. Still giving 5 stars, especially sine the woman who helped out with clarifying the order over the phone was helpful too!

The jerk chicken is tender and flavorful. You should bottle that jerk sauce. It's addictive. The Ital vegetarian stew is hearty and rich. The baked beef mini patties are also amazing and reminiscent of the best empanadas. Just great!

My food was GOOD! My oxtails were barely luke warm, but still the flavors of EVERYTHING was awesome. I usually never eat the rice, but the flavors are so on point I couldn't resist. The collards I was afraid would have been bland, but it has great flavor as well as a little kick that is not overpowering, but just right and is so good as well. The portion sizes are also perfect for pricing as well. I couldn't even finish my plate and happy I will be able to eat more later. I will definitely be ordering from here again before I leave San Francisco. I will be sure to ask them to make sure my oxtails are heated though.

I ordered the jerk chicken, macaroni and cheese, greens, key lime pie and patty. The chicken was served with rice and peas, ca bageabd carrots, and fried plantains. The greens were excellent. They were slightly spicy, tender and flavorful with a vinegary taste. It was shareable portion and my southern born hubby loved them. He also like the tangy sweetness of the key lime pie. I enjoyed the tender cabbage and carrots. Sadly, this is where our praise ends. The jerk chicken was overcooked, stringy and lacked flavor. The rice and peas were mushy, had a strange flavor and a total of four peas. The macaroni and cheese was better but could have benefited from a pinch of salt, while the plaintains tasted slightly burned. We were extremly disappointed with our order which was largely inedible. I will not be a repeat customer.
