• DoorDash orderdidn't get either of my drinks right. My Floco Fizz (Lotus) did not have any of the syrups in it and my Latte was not iced like I ordered it. Instead it was lukewarm. Submitted the ticket for help and could only get a refund, not a replacement. Ridiculous.
