the rose bud vase was lovely and well priced with the other gifts it was a very nice gift

I preordered flowers last night, and they were supposed to arrive at 11am, they did not come until 12:30. I tried to cancel my order bec I was late for work due to waiting and they refused to refund me saying the flowers were too expensive. When they got here they looked dead and did not even match the description.
