The Pepperoni pizza is really yummy! LOVE the crunch on the crust. I bought some Buttermilk Ranch because I'm a dipper, but it's honestly better without it (too salty with it). The Simple Caesar salad was good, too. The croutons were flavorful. I didn't eat my pizza right away so it wasn't ooey-gooey, but it was still really good!

Everything was bland except the Canes dupe sauce, which was pretty good, but not quite as good as canes, and the ranch dressing, which was disgusting and tasted perhaps like it had gone bad?
Their take on buffalo sauce is a super weird murky somewhat translucent red sauce, not the bright red buffalo sauce you are probably familiar with. The flavor isn't right either. probably overdoing it by making it in house, just give us buffalo sauce guys!
The fries were good, crispy and hot. Thank God because they're the only reason I'm not starving.
The 5pc Tenders were more like 5pc Chewies. The exterior was kinda crunchy but the interior was tough to chew through.
The Cheesy Garlic Bread looks just like the photos (i.e. bomb) but is somehow stale tasting, lifeless, and nearly flavorless. Despite it's pillowy look, it has a cardboard texture punctuated with somehow nearly flavorless raw garlic chunks.
The House-Made Mozzarella Sticks looked delicious but the cheese had to stretch or flavor, probably needed salt, and the ranch was gross so I wasn't able to dip them in it.
The Marinera is not bad. More or less what you'd expect from any pizza shop. Reminded me of Domino's pizza.
I hate to knock a business on here but for the extortionate price FLY BYE is charging for small to medium portions, the food better be rock solid every time. Today's order was far from it, I threw away more than half the food I got. I've ordered pizza once or twice before and their Detroit style crust is crusty in the worst way. Prepare to have the roof of your mouth shredded and to be overwhelmed with grease and underwhelmed with flavor.
Eat the delivery fee and order from Raising Cane's for chicken. Pats Pizza, Stumpy's, Venezias or Spinatos for Pizza. No advice for mozz sticks, but do not bother with these ones.
Last time I order from here.

There is a reason that the only great location for Fly Bye was the downtown location located within Culinary Dropout. Simply put, quality. The quality of that location was always extremely high.
In context, what does that mean for this order that was serviced by the Arcadia location? Well, it means that the fries were soggy. Because instead of coming in a box, it came in a bag. And when you do that with fries it makes them soggy instead of crisp. Crisp was always the case at the old location. In addition, the old location used sea salt. Which was missing in this iteration. So, slightly under 7$ for soggy fries.
Then we get to the Pizza. Pepperoni; but the original location had a specific ratio of ingredients and that was not followed here; At best, I would say that this is a half step up from the chain restaurant Jets which also does detroit style pizza.

i cant even rate a "pizza" that was maybe 8x11 and with deli was $35. Pizza was burnt on sides and crust was very hard. Do not recommend

pizza is fire. 8.5/10. maybe best detroit style in phx area. undercarriage could use a little more crisp but that couldve also been becuse it was delivered and cooled a little.
wings are not it. half of them still covered in bird feather/hair things. wings arent tossed in sauce. Nashville Hot sauce is meh so is hot honey. Buttermilk Ranch is ok.
