Chicken Nachos were awful, extremely stale and soggy chips tasted like they were microwaved to melt the cheese. don't waste your money on these.

I ordered a BBQ brisket burger and it came with everything but sauce, no fun eating a dry burger. Everything else on it was good. Fries were great

This is the second time we have ordered from Fords. Both times the condiments were wrong and the sides were wrong. Ie fries deliv instead of tots. Not worth ordering from again.

Horrible really my burger was cook wrong the grill was off of temperature i order a well done burger and what i got was well on one side and slight pink on the other side i will be speaking to a manger for a full refund i throw it away plus my Mac nd cheese was little cold
